Spectrolutions Inc. has been in business since 1999, developing numerous different designs in many different fields.

Spectrolutions Inc. is a very small company and  we work odd hours on strange but fun things for not so much money.

We are seeking to expand the business in the  next year and are looking for the help of talented individuals.

We are looking for engineers with experience in many different fields.  In no particular order these are:

Electronics, digital and RF

Embedded system programming ( assembly, and C primarily)

Machinist with CNC experience and ability to operate CAD systems

Aerodynamicist

Mechanical prototyping

The preferred applicant will be polite, SELF MOTIVATED, able to learn on their own , and preferably have experience in at least two of the fields mentioned above and willing to switch from one field to another as the need arises.  Degree is not required, but knowledge is a must, and experience is a plus.

Due to the nature of some of the work we do, the applicant MUST be a US citizen with a valid social security number and be reasonably expected to be able to get low level government clearance should the need arise.

The business is currently located near Minneapolis Minnesota, and someone local would be preferred as we can not help, nor would we recommend moving.  Certain jobs are conducive to being done from your own home, and this is encouraged where feasible.  Hours are flexible and part time work would also be useful to us.

At the moment there are no immediate job openings, however we are accepting resumes by email or mail with the expectation to bring on 1-3 unique individuals in the next year

Resumes may be emailed to Mdammar@spectrolutions.com.  Preferred format is .pdf, however ,doc files are fine too.

Printed resumes may be sent:

Spectrolutions Inc.
1630 91st Ave. NE
Blaine, MN  55449

In case you haven't noticed, we are not your normal company.  If you are looking for a regular 9-5 job that is stable and the same every day with no challenges to your mind and tests of your skills, then please do not waste your time or ours because we don't do much of anything the "normal way" if we can help it.

In keeping with the above statement, feel free to be creative in your resume, it needn't be perfect, but it must be honest and accurate.  We won't chuck it in the circular file for a misspelled word or format that is not normal (unlike other "normal" companies).

Acceptable resumes will be filed and submitters will be notified at a later date when we are prepared to handle the responsibility of another employee for further interviews.

Thank you for your responses.

Mike Dammar

President,

Spectrolutions Inc.
